Here's the definitive US Sales database (through 2015). (If you hover over each bar in the graph you'll get a pop-box with detailed numbers for that year.) www.riaa.com/u-s-sales-database/And this one has a chart of the INCREASE in first-year-half sales for the past several years. You REALLY want to look at that one. www.stereogum.com/1889324/weve-passed-peak-vinyl-here-comes-the-collapse/franchises/but-whos-buying/Hi Keith, Those charts and articles are interesting, but I think it's gonna take quite a few years yet (unless we pack and move to the U.K.) to draw meaningful conclusions. Actually, there aren't any real, meaningful conclusions for most of us end users to draw anyway. I guess the only one WOULD be; how tough or easy will it be to find my "stuff" in the format of my choice, down the road. Clearly, "vinyl" is here to stay, as a niche market but that's all it is. Bill " the young have discovered that it sounds better than what they are currently listening to" How do you know this and what are the stats you are referencing? Bill
