Not looking to long term, just between amps. Small 11x12 room. Modest volumes. If none of the poll answers work for you, choose Other-See comments and comment below.

I don't see why you couldn't. In that size room it would work fine. I'm guessing your aren't anticipating ear bleeding levels, but rather casual listening. I ran MMGs (think I bought them from you actually) on a 30w tube integrated just fine.

I've run MMG's with a Marantz NR series receiver with no issues. The volume will max out but for normal use it was fine. Of course it was temporary.

I think that should work fine. Please let us know how this works.

I'd vote yes, given your conditions. For long term satisfaction? More power. Maggies are NOT a difficult load, but are quite low sensitivity. Any reaonable amp will work. I even drove my MG-1 panels with a Kenwood KA-7100 which was about 80 a side @4 until going to a Carver Cube of substantially more power. Setup is still key, no matter what else.

Thanks and I am definitely planning this for the short term and just did not want to cause any damage. More power planned after I sell a few things.

I said yes because there was no choice for “Hell Yeh “ LOL
I have a set of KF LS50’s that can dip below 4 ohms and that TA-100 surprised the heck out of me. I added a small sub and we rocked a pretty good size room. 👍🎉
