I dunno. Given the op’s size availability... I’d squeeze a couple more square inches of floor space and I’d build the 9cuft and take the free 5db of output. It’s like building two of the 4cuft but half the cost. I wouldn’t even bother sticking a port in the 4cuft for the half dB you gain at tuning.
I should also mention the models I posted are all at 1000 watts and the two ported enclosures have 12db bw hpf at 18hz.
Just my thoughts anyway.
Whatever you choose bud.. the ultimax is quite a beastly driver. And pretty too.
