That's how this mess started? EBAY?
And the way it usually works is that 'It was working perfectly when we shipped it' so the problem is either 'the shipper broke it or YOU broke it'. Either way? 'Not our problem. Good luck!'

This story demonstrates why I don't buy used equipment off EBay. Actually this is the first time it happens to me and it is certainly not the first time I purchase audio equipment on eBay. All other issues I had in the past with purchased used audio equipment were of local purchases. That's why I no longer trust local sellers since they have nothing to loose. On eBay, they have lots to loose (their credit and ability to sell additional items till the issues are solved between the two sides). |
