Hi everyone! Lately my work gave me an iPhone and last night I was streaming some music using spotify + Bluetooth to my TA-100 and then to my headphones when I noticed that sound was totally horrible. There was a lot of distorssion! First I was really afraid my cans were the problem (beyerdynamics Amiron home) but I switched to another pair and the result (luckily!) was the same distorssion. Next I thought maybe it was the amp which made me freak out for a couple of minutes ... But then I brought my faithful Motorola G3 phone, paired it and everything became normal (excellent sound!) So .. the clear guilty gear is the iPhone SE. What can be happening? ?? I'm really clueless! Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Can't believe no one is experiencing this... I'm so dissapointed with my iphone ! I've already deleted the bluetooth connection and re-paired with the TA-100, no change, I upgraded from iOS 10 to iOS11 , same thing, bad distorssion !!!

Just a swing in the dark here, do you have the iphone volume pegged at 100%? Try backing the iphone volume down then raising up the TA volume to the correct level. I have had issues with stuff in the past and that has been a factor.

I use my Bluetooth via iPhone and or iPad daily with my BTM-1 and it sounds wonderful. Ive never had a problem with this connection. Connection to TA-100 and UMC-200 work great.

I have had issues with stuff in the past and that has been a factor. Dear Mr, you were right ! Lowering the volume 4 notches, removed the distorssion. So it was clipping, that was all. What I still don't get is why I doesn't get to level volume when all the way up, as it does in Android. I have to make sure I'm always at -4 volume. Something has not been implemented right in my opinion. Anyway, I can listen again using my phone, so it's good news. Thanks for your help! ! ! !
