Hey everyone,
We are moving forward with lots of new content for the website and forum. We would like some input from you guys to let us know any topics, technologies, or how to's that you would like to know more about or that you are interested in. Basically anything that you would like to hear about from us and our point of view. It can expand beyond just audio too!
We might have a well known special guest or two creating content along with myself and Keith just for you!

I would love to see a feature/specification comparison chart for the XMC-2, RMC-1, and RMC-2 (AKA RMC-1L to the whiney ones amongst us).

What about an online video tour of your facilities there in Franklin, including the demo rooms and equipment setup, ya know for those customers that can't make it there Chad

Are you looking for more work Hair Nick ? If so I have plenty of suggestions; A drone flyover of the Emotiva headquarters An interview with a staff member each month, could be a video or pictures (work environment) and some appropriate wording (makes the customer feel more a part of the company) Product of the month, could also be a video or pictures (inside and out) and some appropriate wording, doesn't have to be a new product, old favourites welcome. Upgrade to video podcasts. A History of Emotiva page. Resources (firmware and manuals) all in one place (I know you have most of them already) but superseded as well. Technical Brief, have Keith, Ray or Lonnie get deep into why/how gear is engineered the way it is (video or pictures + words). Window into products being developed, could be teasers or actual prototypes. How to set up videos for all products which should include the obscure stuff not just the 101 basics. An annual calendar of all the events Emotiva is appearing at, going to, displaying at etc. Telling me that next weekend you guys are at CEDIA is worthless to me. That should keep you busy for a day or so Cheers Gary

There was no mention of an Emotiva upmixer or any other for that matter for the RMC that is capable of utilizing all 24 available channels. Will these channels only be supported with Atmos or is there already a upmixer that can’t be mentioned that will handle this for non Atmos content? Thanks

Thanks I too am interested in upmixing, but let’s cover all the bases while we’re at it: Dolby: Atmos / Surround / Upmixing, anything new? Pinning, what are the facts? How will it affect upmixing? DTS:X / Neural:X / Beyond 7.1.4? Auro 3D ... In / Out / Future? Why? ESP ... the Emotiva Surround Processor (yes, that’s my entry), will we get it? What can it do? Any other formats out there? And I’m with the others, let’s have more special guests and not burden the team with too much extra work.

This is not a thread about what you want. It is about What Would You Want To Know. So get it straight people. Didn't take much for this to get side tracked...🤔

An "Ask Dan" (or an Emotiva employee) series similar to the ask "Paul" series offered by PS audio would be awesome. I have learned quite a bit about audio, and PS audio's design philosophy from the videos. I feel that Emotiva used to offer a personal "behind the scenes look,' but has steered away from this in the recent past. Every product has a story behind its inception, I think sharing the story helps sell the product.

I also have concerns that the stated expandability of the RMC-1 has been vague at best. I’ve heard Big Dan state 24 and 28 fully assignable channels which I am assuming at this point is in fact 24 but along side an article suggesting 11.5.8 as the 24 channel layout which contradicts the fully assignable channels. I’d like the RMC-1 product page to actually give it to us straight with clear examples of how we can customize our layouts so we don’t have to rely on articles or Cedia interviews.
