Yes. I had HDMI2 mode set for 4k. During standby, HDMI2's EDID was 1080p. When powered up, HDMI2's EDID was 4k. Without the right equipment, almost impossible to detect this bug.
NOTE: JVC600's HDMI-1 Input EDID works just fine. I've updated my previous post to clarify/mention this.

NOTE: JVC600's HDMI-1 Input EDID works just fine. I've updated my previous post to clarify/mention this. It is an interesting find and may explain why sometimes my ATV seems to lose its 4:2:2 setting and come up in 1080p. The general JVC forum advice is that HDMI2 is more stable with 4K HDR sources!
