Happy weekend everyone. So I'm kicking around the idea of parting ways with my SR-120 after buying a smaller and lighter UMC-1 to use instead. Problem is finding a reasonable ( for both parties ) price. That E bay place currently has 2 listed, 1 for $325 ( parts only ) and the other is asking $1500, which is freakin nuts. There is also just a remote for $185 bucks....WTH!! The only issue mine has always had is the FM tuner section.....I get noise but will never lock on. I've never really cared as I have several tuners laying around and just hook one of them up and all is well.
So all that being said.......any SR-120 owners out there have a sense of a fair selling price if I decide to let it go. Thanks.

It`s basically the PT-7020(UMC-1) with an amp section, the one listed at $1500 is prob about $1000 too high lol. Older receiver or pre\pro tech does seem to lose it`s value for obvious reasons. teaman owns like 10 of these he may be best to chime in but he always seems to get stuff for next to nothing haha Chad

I own four SR-120 right now and I have paid about $250 per, on average. I’m sure the pricing may vary depending on desire and need, but anyone looking for a kick ass AVR for five to seven channels will be hard pressed to find a better performing option for $400 or less.

Tim Thanks for your input.....I was thinking around 300 bucks, local sale if at all possible, shipping this beast will most likely be a deal killer. I'm gonna input the UMC-1 I bought from a Lounge member in and see how that goes....if it's good, then this beast will be on the market.
