Any of you folks got the above combination.
I have been struggling for some time to get any audio on rips through Kodi, Plex or MrMC. Audio plays fine through the internal apps - Netflix and Amazon etc, just not from my rips.
It's the only source in my set-up that I can't get to integrate with the RMC-1. I've tried swapping cables without success and all my other sources (Kaleidescape, SkyQ, AppleTV4K and Vero4K) all work perfectly. If I power down the RMC-1 and restart, I achieve audio for initial playback, but if I change title, or source I lose the audio.
Any thoughts from users who have a working set-up?
Thanks

I am using Nvidia shield pro with my RMC1L without issues. Did you try different HDMI input?

I am using Nvidia shield pro with my RMC1L without issues. Did you try different HDMI input? Thanks for the response. Yes I've tried all of the inputs. My chain includes a Lumagen Radiance Pro, the audio is sent separately from there to the RMC-1. I have tried also taking the Shield directly to the RMC-1 and bypassing the Lumagen. But no matter the chain, the outcome remains the same (audio on power on, if the source is active and running a video). But, as soon as playback ends, something locks and I get video, but no audio. It's a strange one for sure, as all other sources pass everything perfectly well in this chain. Just realised this evening that YouTube suffers the same way.

Anything unusual about your rips, file format and such? Does it play fine from another AV component via HDMI?

Thanks @ mishrarun and @ vcautokid for your help. Sorry @ vcautokid for not replying to your post, but for some reason I never received notification that you had posted. They were just straight rips from disc using makemkv, no alterations and no encoding. I resolved the issue by changing the chain of sources. Initially all components went to the Lumagen (then audio went separately to the RMC-1, video to the PJ). Changing this to routing sources directly to the RMC-1, hdmi to Lumagen and then on to the PJ looks to have solved the issue. Guess there was something in the signal path that none of equipment was happy with. All good and well now.
