Replaced the cheap USB cable with a short 1' Pangea cable. Also purchased a cheap red power cable to go along with the blue one I've had laying around for a few years. The USB cable is meant as an upgrade obviously, but the power cables are just for looks and better cable management since the back of the stack is right out in the open for everyone to see.

Stun Gun / Baton came in moments ago. This thing is loud when it arcs across the top! 5 million volts and unknown amperage. The zit, zap, and crack hightailed the cats out of the room! Incredible quality for 59 bucks:

The JC5 sounds fantastic. Brings out the best in my Rubicon 8's. I bought the amplifier last week, so I need to do some more listening. Got a steal of a demo model with full warranty.

It's probably low amperage as its the current that would kill you not necessarily the voltage.

I purchased my Halo A31 for 500 dollars off the retail a year ago during cyber sales.... I really like the John Curl designed amp. Looking forward to hearing more about your listening impressions should you share later. Enjoy!

An electrical current at 1,000 volts is no more deadly than a current at 100 volts, but tiny changes in amperage can mean the difference between life and death when a person receives an electrical shock. 1/10 of an ampere (amp) of electricity going through the body for just 2 seconds is enough to cause death. The amount of internal current a person can withstand and still be able to control the muscles of the arm and hand can be less than 10 milliamperes (milliamps or mA).

Audio is excellent from the iPhone 12 pro max. Now I send that to the Sony a6400 whose mics sound like A$$. Bought the needed dongle for the connection. The Sony will eat the iPhone for lunch in low light which my church does allot of.

Current does not exist without voltage. Voltage is the forcing function that creates current flow through a resistance. The human body can handle up to 100V, or 100 milli-amps before serious muscle control is lost. The most serious path for electrocution is from hand to hand where the current flows though the chest interrupting the electrical control of the heart.

Have heard stories of volt meters [9 volt battery] killing persons by holding each probe one in each hand after the probes pierces the skin. Another serious path for electrocution is from the top of the head to the legs - but of course bleeding hearts petition knowing what's best for society - meh.

My first OLED. Sony really did a lot of things right with this TV. Really like Google TV and integration of multiple app channels into cohesive directory.Picture is WOW. HDMI CEC actually works most of the time with XMC-2.

I've been wanting a larger OLED since I bought my current LG OLED65C8 but it just wasn't feasible price-wise 3 years ago. Now that the 77in is starting to move into the sweet spot for pricing, @ $3499 I just couldn't pass on this pricing.

IMO can't have enough plants and trees in a room. Just added a couple of Cactus to the coffee table after planting them. Used stones ontop of the soil in pots to dissuade me cats from digging in them. I'd like to add a dwarf lemon tree somewhere in the room soon as I figure out how to provide enough light to it. Just love the fragrance of citrus. Such a beautiful room! I too love the greenery, the more the better! My poinsettias are still red, from Christmas!
