Slowly re-fining my table saw skills! Diablo is Freud's budget line; IMO the best blade value out there. I believe, but it's been a while, the biggest difference is less carbide so they can't be sharpened as many times as Freud's main line.

May 2003 I was laid off, which was fine because I got 17 weeks severance and had another job already. I bought my first carbon fiber tripod, and my first iPod. So now nearly 20 years and three iPods down the road (and around the globe!) I'm retiring the last iPod and migrating to this FiiO M11. I had to buy it on ebay because it was discontinued a couple years ago in favor of the Pro and Plus models. I chose the M11 because it was the only DAP I could find that would take TWO microSD cards. All the others claim a theoretical 2TB capacity for their single microSD slot ... but 2TB cards do not exist. So we'll see how this goes. About 17 hours into transferring music to the first card and another 5-10 hours more to finish the job onto the second card. About 27,000 files including all my CD's and a few thousand high res Flac/DSD files. It even came with angular banjos!

View AttachmentFollow-up after a couple days of music transfer and organization ... - Using two 1TB microSD cards works fine. I found it 4x faster to put the card in a SD holder and transfer files with my PC's SD slot, than doing it over USB to the player. But it still took a couple days.
- I had about 3600 MP3 files that were duplicates of high res FLAC or DSD files. I made them so I could put that music on the iPod. I manually searched the high res audio folders for MP3 files and moved them outside my Music folder. Then in JRiver Media Center I searched for missing files with the string [=ismissing([filename])]=1. This gave me a list of those files that JRiver now could not find. I removed them from the library. This also solved a problem I had where the JRiver phone app would show both the high res and MP3 versions for an album and if I initiated play from the app it would play everything twice. That will no longer happen.
- Playback on headphones and in the car sounds AMAZING!
- Only issue I found is that it seems the FiiO player will downmix multichannel FLAC files, but NOT multichannel DSD files. It just refuses to play multichannel DSD. I have quite a few albums like that. Searching filetype=dsf I found 675 files. Converting to FLAC, leaving the original DSF but not adding the FLAC to the Library. I may just delete the original DSF versions because JRiver converts to PCM on playback anyway. Then I can update the files on the FiiO.
- I'm doing file transfers manually, not using any sync functions in JRiver. It's easy enough for me to remember to add files to the FiiO since I only buy a couple albums a month these days.
- Final count was just over 20,000 files, about 1.5TB ... 128 days of music according to JRiver
So now I'm ready for the 28 hour round trip flights to Japan in January, and the odd road trip to the hinterlands where Apple Music doesn't play.

Replaced UniFi Dream Machine (Sitting on top) with UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition (it's sitting on), also replaced conventional 48 port patch panel with (2) 24 port keystone panels. Still waiting for new patch cables to replace the bulky black one footers.

Know your fasteners! JIS is NOT Philips head. I bought JIS drivers for my JIS fasteners. Right tool for the job always.
