I can't say for sure but the reviews I was reading were on this unit with these tubes. The other companys that make the similar design use different tubes. There was a few people on the thread on headfi.org that compared the 2 different tubes and said there was quite a big jump in SQ with these tubs than the other ones. the problem with the thread is there was 111 pages worth lol Here is the thread : www.head-fi.org/t/444400/bravo-audio-funny-looking-little-tube-ampsI read the thing from start to finish yesterday lol. Roll that tube for a nice NOS and it will sound even better. ;D ;D

I want to but I know nothing about tubes. I know that they have different types that need to be used but that's about it. What would be a good replacement for the tube thats in there?

I'm going to mod the filament with a few unicorn hair's I stole the last time I was on a quest. I also have some glass oil that will really bring out the 10khz region.

Bought a gently used Bersa .22 to shoot rodents and snakes around the house. We have a bayou/stream/creek/whatever!! behind our house with fields and trees on the other side. Lots of critters!! ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) Can't shoot my other guns because they are too loud. The .22 is pretty quiet.................... ;D

I was told that CCI mini-mags work best. I haven't had any problems with them, but have had a few failure-to-feeds using some old Federal Hi Power stuff I've had laying around.

I haven't fired it yet but from what I remember, the .22s I have shot were fairly quiet. Hope this one is!! I started to buy some Feds today but ended up buying a box of 500 Winchester 40 gr. from Academy. Hope they feed OK.

I still have a pair of TSi 500's, a pair of RTi A7's, A DSW Pro 500 and and CSi a6. If I don't sell them they will probably be put back into service if and when we get the basement cleaned out.

For quiet .22 ammo try some CB loads from CCI or Remington. They are not much louder than an air gun.A word of warning though, because they are reduced power they will not reliably cycle the action of a semi auto.I have never tried them in anything but revolvers and bolt guns but I see no reason you couldn't fire just one and clear the action manually. As for which regular load to shoot I recommend trying a variety and seeing which works best in your gun. Most will function fine but you will likely find a load or two that is flat out more accurate. Good excuse for a little extra shooting if nothing else.

Couldn't pass them up. ![](http://emotiva.com/erd1/erd1.png) Well now I have a very important question here. How do you know if you have them right side up or upside down? This is very poor engineering on Emo's part if you ask me.

If the writing on the back is upside down then the speaker is upside down. ;D Well now that kind of seems like cheating, doesn't it? ;D And how do the folks that make it know if they are putting the writing on right side up or upside down? ;D Plus it's made in China and the writing is in English so it all looks like Greek to them.
