So right now the rack has four 35lb XPA1-L, a 58lb XPA-10, a 60lb Harmon Kardon, and a Yamaha receiver ~30lb, an XMC-1 and a few other items. The gear is close to 300lb and the cabinet itself is 140lb.... and yet, it easily slides on the floor.... well, OK not easily but easy enough to move out to access wiring!

The cabinet is a beauty but that's one ugly center speaker.

Bit of a Darth Vader aesthetic on the center channel yeah... but it really sounds great

* Emotiva amps are deep, and XLRs make them deeper, large speaker cables require sweep clearance too, 20” is absolute minimum (I went 24”) The depth was the biggest obstacle for me when looking for a new audio cabinet when I upgraded to all Emotiva gear. I shopped around for months to no avail and ended up cutting out the back side of my existing cabinet and beefing up the shelves. The face of the gear is flush with the front of the cabinet, the feet fit on the shelves, but the amplifier backsides with the XLRs and speaker cables protrude nine inches.

Yeah that's why I decided to build. Nothing was deep enough. More pics to come but here's some of the wiring in progress
