I presume that Harman curves are custom profiles that guide Durac when evaluating my system? But, in simple language, how do they differ from the stock profile? Is it giving Bass boost? i.e. Does 8db Harmon give a bigger bass boost that 4db Harman? I just want to know what Harman curves give me, and and how to choose.
Sincerely /b

Sincerely /b The Harmon curves are simply canned target curves that can be used in Dirac. The 6dB curve is pretty much flat but with a 6dB boost in the bass region. It slopes from 0dB upward as the frequency gets lower before leveling off at +6dB. The 8dB curve does the same but levels off at +8dB. How to know which one to use? It's the one you like best. And you can also modify the curves to make new ones to suit yourself.
