Went to the cinema and saw TENET last night. Holy cow! The soundtrack is intense! I have to admit it was actually too loud. Explosions and gun shots are freakin real, its like you are really there. To the cinema's' credit it wasn't distorted in any way just too loud and either the dialogue was hard to understand at times because of this or in some parts the dialogue was deliberately moved into the background and the score (which was dark and in your face) to the foreground to mix things up a bit, and create a sense of tension, it wasn't your typical movie.
Story line is innovative and complex (multi level) but a bit hard to follow at times partly due to the volume. It's certainly worth a watch and I'll be grabbing the UHD BD when it comes out. Be nice to experience it at less than ear shattering levels and maybe after a 2nd or 3rd watch ill pick up on some of the things I missed first time through due to being shocked!
