I was able to switch back and forth with about a 5 sec delay. That is good news. I finally got around to timing mine with the XMC-1 (no doubt Mark's already done that with his) and it was 6.5 (6.47/6.48 - but who's counting?) seconds switching/locking to the Ultra, regardless of what other input it is on. I have the v2 board. The XMC-2 is actually faster - nice. Mine is in process; currently going through the sending-the-40%-card in steps now. I was only going by the strict scientific method. One Mississippi, two Mississippi........

Did some more playing the XMC-2 tonight and: - it is much more finicky than the -1, but I think I'm getting it more stable - I have one of those Darby devices between the XMC output and the projector - the HTPC and BR player worked fine as is with the Darby/projector - the Roku didn't like it until I changed the Roku's output from auto to 1080P - the HDMI switch time for the Roku, from another input, was 11.3-4 seconds (until the actual video came on), almost twice as slow as the -1. Not a big deal for me as I'm not a big input changer when I'm using my theatre
