So I received an email that said that Emotiva was soliciting feedback from their former customers on Thurs. July 15th 2021.
I was on a road trip this week and didn't see it until the day after. So I came to this forum to see if there was any feedback here. So far I haven't seen any.
I wonder if that is because most of us are in the same boat. We don't really have anything to say to Emotiva.
While looking to see if there was any feedback, I discovered the post where Emotiva cancelled our 40% discount cards back in January. I quess I can throw mine away now. (Maybe I'll keep it as a museum piece).
I really appreciate how Emotiva is loyal to their customers, and keeping their UFL program. When my current, awesome, XMC-1 fails, I'll certainly look at Emotiva products first, weighing into the equation that they are unwilling to repair "legacy" products.
So did anybody send any feedback on feedback day?

I did not. I received the same email last night and am at work today. I, like you will continue to look at Emotiva products first as I have overall been very happy with them. My XMC-1 was fantastic an the XMC-2 is working well to this point.

Received same email. I only have a few pieces of emotiva now. The Ta-100 in a guest room powering a pair of T-2’s, Airmotiv 6 in my office PC and ERC-4 in its box in a closet. There is nothing exciting for me anymore as a 2ch guy. No path to keep the upgrade bug alive.

Received the same email as everyone else. I've been very happy with my Emotiva gear. Any repairs I've needed have all fallen under warranty. If I had any Emotiva gear that needed repair outside of warranty I would likely either use a local shop or give it to my kid who is an EE to work on as Emotiva is not a repair shop (and we're not exactly paying esoteric prices for 20 year warranties).
That said, I would be in the market for a replacement for my XSP-1 Gen 1 in the future if they offered a competitive product at a competitive price.

Their bread and butter lineups no longer interest me. I would love a better XSP-1. If it is more transparent than the current XSP-1 and had better bass management (lower, more precise crossovers, independent dual subs) etc. Also would love a DC-1 upgrade DAC that can handle HDMI audio - even if it's stereo with better sound. If the DAC can have a bluetooth receiver and transmitter to earbuds that would be even better.

I took the click bait and it took me to a "leave a review" section for their existing products. At first, I thought they were interested in my feedback overall. Not so much. Just looking for feedback on what they already have, not what I want or would be interested in. Into the trash it went.

It is interesting they would ask. More interesting how the other companies won't.

“Customer Feedback Day“
What I like most about this (actually) is that it’s under “Stupid Question Zone”! Wouldn’t it be nice if we could have a universal customer feedback day for EVERYTHING? Make it annual, so you could get all this crap 💩 out of the way and not be bothered by it for a year (savor the thought 💭)

As far as I am concerned, their switching power supply approach to all amplifier designs has ended my interest in Emotiva. Latest verification is the ASR review of the XPA-DR2.
