Put in an order for several items to take advantage of the awesome “Emobucks” promotion. I’m about 90% sure I clicked on the wireless subwoofer transmitter and two receivers but just realized they weren’t on my final order. Just wondering if it’s happened to anyone else?

If you already received an email, reply to it with your concerns. Emotiva has always been very responsive to my requests. I ran into something similar when I ordered one transmitter but wasn't able to order multiple receivers (before the site was changed to allow online ordering of multiple receivers), so I emailed and the next morning received confirmation of what I wanted to order. Easy.

I’ve received everything else. I revisited my site invoice and confirmed that it isn’t there. No big deal, only a difference of $40(Emobucks). I was just curious if anyone else experienced disappearing items.
