View AttachmentI have a tough time answering that question…..as Andrew put it on the Instagram post…… Only in the sense that in this audio entertainment world I’ve had too many companies that have gone out of their way (and bent over backwards) to make it right when things don’t always do so. EMOTIVA is of course right up there. From Samsung, I received so much free replacement stuff under warranty that I would often joke around about how they were losing money on us, Maybe that’s why, ultimately they dumped service and support for Blu-ray players who knows it was a good run while it lasted
