Watched TheFast and Furious: Tokyo Drift BR last night. I've seen it before on tv but I just got a new sub (Outlaw LFM-1 EX) and this seemed like good demo material. It definitely was a great movie audio and visually wise and an overall good movie.

The last movie I watched at home was Black Hawk Down BR, but I'm only running stereo (ERM1s) and no sub, so I know I didn't get the full effect, but I love that movie and it still sounded pretty good. Last week at the theater I saw GI Joe.

Watched Rashomon a couple days ago. I thought it was good, but preferred Seven Samurai.

Just watched The Interpreter with Naomi Watts and Clive Owen. Decent film about how financial institutions really rule this world and the lengths they will go to all to achieve stability.
Pretty good action/drama movie with a fairly complex plot.

Watched Expelled, No Intellagence Allowed yesterday.
Not HT type movie, but it was recommended. I enjoyed it. My wife thought it was better then she expected it to be.

Watched Wanted, and Shoot'em Up last night. Not bad for a mindless popcorn flicks.
Man I really need to dig my sub out of storage though. I just can't seem to find a place to put it in a 11' x 12' room that already has most of my gear, plus the computer desk, plus a miniature kitchen, and our love seat recliner.
*Edit, the wife is gone for the weekend, perhaps this would be a good time to re-arrange the room and hook everything back up, including my ERDs, and LPA. I wonder if she would notice? ;D

The three part TV version of The Shining this past Monday. A lot of people didn't like it because they compare it to Kubricks which doesn't follow the book that closely.
I happen to like and enjoy both, I especially like the hedge animals in the mini-series as they are in the book. The computer animation is kind of cheesy but I didn't mind. It was a closer adaptation to the novel. I thought Steven Weber and Rebecca DeMornay did a fabulous job on their parts.
