Hachi, a dog's tale. Starring Richard Gere and Joan Allen. I won't get into details, but this movie is a real tear jerker towards the end. It's also a true story. Watch it if you get the chance.

That's good to hear...I just bought this on eBay last night for a great price. Never heard of it before but it sounded good and I have 3 daughters that live with me. We love these kind of movies. Strong rec's for "Dreamer" and "Soul Surfer"...also true stories

Dinner for Schmucks, Crazy Stupid Love and Love and Other Drugs. Anne Hathaway was very revealing in this film.

Cars 2 and Deep Impact. Been under the weather lately and this was a great respite from the mad dash of the holidays.

Rented Apollo 18 thru Apple. Saw it today at The-mart, decided a rent was a better option. Movie-C Sound A-. Happy I rented it over purchasing. Had some decent moments of on the edge thrill, but the ending was as expected. Is it real?

The Searchers with John Wayne. I've seen it many, many times and never get tired of it. A classic western.

Awesome trilogy if you like foreign films.
'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' 'The Girl who Played with Fire' 'The Girl who Kicked the Hornets Nest'
English dubbing in these was actually pretty good. Especially liked the intelligent answers in the Courtroom by Lisabeth, in the last movie. You wouldn't think someone that looked like that would be so smart. Or would you?

Flawless - 2007 Michael Caine and Demi Moore. Diamond Heist and a really good film. No high tech gadgetry just a really good suspenseful film. You do not know what and how till the very end.

"The Next Three Days" with Russel Crowe. Didn't know what to expect, but it turned out to be very good! Very suspenseful too! I just streamed it from Netflix, so I can't comment on sound or PQ, but it was in HD and 5.1. It was actually pretty good PQ and SQ for streaming.
