Hi All, I currently own the Rocket 850's, bigfoot center and the dipole surrounds from Av123. I like them and they perform well but I was wondering how the 8.3's in the front, 6.3 for the center and the 6.2's for surrounds would compare? They'll be powered by an MPS1 and a MMC1 pro. How will they blend with my submersive? I'm happy with what I have and wondering if its worth the swap or if I should leave well enough alone. Thanks, Joe

I am still waiting for a response That pic was from the Emotiva STL GTG. I attended that event and it was a great time! I honestly wont go into detail over what was better or worse because i HATE those kind of questions. They are just so friggen subjective, and no matter what someone is always subconsciously pushing their opinion. They are different sounding speakers. Mac's 850's in that pic have been massively upgraded with the best Ninja crossover one can buy so they are not "stock" 850's. Honestly if someone was to buy either set i'm sure they would be very happy.

I agree. What one person finds appealing will be horrible to another so maybe I could rephrase my question. Since I already own the 850 combo would it be worth the swap in your opinion and why
