And you and I continue on opposite wavelengths - I thought "Primeval" was fun - not great, but fun. Better than, for example "The Relic". Alright then, I ain't talking to you no more! ;D * Seriously though; the story line is totally stupid, the dialog is so childish and impotent, that alligator running is an absolute joke, so his yelling & moaning & teeth flapping, and it's just simply an awful film, period! Clive Barker hasn't done much since Hellraiser. I watched Meat Train last night which is fairly new and thats a Clive Barker Sorry all I got the title wrong, it was The Midnight Meat train and did I like it? Well it was ok, certainly worth watching but not good enough that I'd bother buying it. Typical clive Barker stuff though and prolly one of his better story's but still pretty B class lol. Has some known names in it though, Vinnie Jones, Bradley Cooper and Brooke Shields showing her age. |

Last night I watched Collateral Damage, Clash of the Titans and Blood Diamond. All movies I've seen before but this was first time on Blu Ray. All good flicks I'm sure you all know well but I was impressed with the picture quality of Collateral Damage and Blood Diamond and the sound stage of Clash of the Titans was very engrossing with the UMC-1. All have been added to my rather large Movie collection, sad when your friends no longer go to the local Blockbuster and start coming to your place hehehe.    |

Thursday night:  Slow at times, but over all, a pretty decent motivating film the whole family can watch. For me, not a keeper, but worth the time ordering it from Netflix. Friday night:  I remembered the music from my early teen years and it brought back some fond memories of my youth. It shed some light into how the original band got together, but the heavy drug and alcohol use was a little out of control. I enjoyed it, but I'm glad I got it as part of my Netflix subscription rather than paying for it. Can't want until they send me the next 2 Blurays on my list... |
