I believe that it can take a day or so. The labels actually come from the shipper, so you're at their mercy.

thank you ratmice so fedx sents it to emotiva then they email to me then i print it out. Close, but no banana. Normally, what happens is that Emotiva requests a call ticket from Fed Ex; then, Fed Ex generates an E-Mail to you giving you instructions on how to print out the pre-paid shipping label. After carefully packing the RMA unit in the original boxes you apply the printed label and either take it to a Fed Ex depot and schedule a pick-up with Fed Ex. Occasionally, when Emotiva ships you a replacement unit, they will include the new "shipping Label" with it. When the driver delivers you new unit, remove the shipping label from the plastic pocket and apply it to the unit to be returned. The driver will take the RMA unit with him. If you will be printing off the Shipping Label from the Fed Ex web site it typically takes 1 to 2 working days for them to process the E-Mail to you after Emotiva requests the call ticket. Be sure to monitor your E-Mail program in case it mistakes the correspondence as spam and puts it in the junk mail box. This has been known to happen. If you have not received the E-Mail within 3 working days call Emotiva and ask for confirmation. Good luck.
