Well, i bought two of them less than a month ago and they have been amazing so far. But now one of them doesnt produce sound anymore. Having two of them let me test to make sure it was the sub itself. The amp turns on, or at least the blue led comes on... It looks like its the sub itself. That specific one was at half volume begind on the control and -13db in audyssey after calibration from its location... Was it playing too low Ill try and give them a call monday, feel free to chip in for the , Meantime ! Scy

Allright, i spoke with tech support today and they were very nice at explaining what mightve happened. They tought one of the wires came loose on the connection from the amp to the sub. They he explained how to removethe plate amp to secure all the connections. So, opened it up reseated all connections and made sure itwas working perfect. Still no luck... So, i thought it might be the sub itself, maybe the tinsel leads ? So... Opened up the second ultra 12 i have and swapped subs... No luck. Only the amp remained to be tested. I did and the amp is the culprit. Its really weird, it senses power, senses signal with the auto turn on, but no sound output. Whats even weirder is there are absolutely no sound or any caps blown or anything. I also reseated all the connections on the board and still no use... TLDR version... The amp in one of the subs is dead and needs replacement. Will call emotiva tomorrow to see about getting a replacement.

So what happened? did Emo send a replacement or is lonnie going to fly out and fix it personally. Courious minds want to know. ;D ;D

Ohh, they shipped a replacement in a heartbeat. Cant say enough good about their customer service. Im gettinf it monday !
