emotiva ultra 10 vs elemental design A3S-250

k folks... narrowing it down to these for some sealed sub goodness. anyone able to provide some feedback on the elemental design or both if they had a chance to audition them?

The Emotiva Ultra 10 is noticably smaller than the Elemental Designs A3S-250, but I've not compared them side by side for sound. Probably couldn't go wrong with either.
