I have up dated my system: Now running Polk LSI 15, front Polk LSC Center, Polk Monitor 70,s side surrounds, Polk FXI 3,s rear surrounds. The XPA 5 powers everything, with the exception of the Polk FXI 3, powered by my pre/pro Sony ES 5300. Sub Velodyne DSQ10. Outstanding, the XPA 5 is outstanding, huge amounts of clean power. Even the Polk FXI3,s sound better now that the huge load has been lifted from it, the Sony ES 5300 powers them alone, no stress there. Thank you Emotiva!

The XPA-5 is a great amp. I am glad to hear that you are enjoying your new gear. It really is amazing what quality power can do for your sound. By the way, Welcome to the lounge.

Thanks for the welcome! I have always had the top of the line receiver wise. The Sony ES 5300 was the top of the line in 2008 when it was purchased . A fine product ( built like a bank vault), however since I added the the Emotive XPA 5 its a completely different world. Power clean power, actually mandatory when running 4ohm speakers as I do for my front sound stage.

Very nice slk, congrats. I think it would also be a good idea to post pics of your car in the "what do you drive?" thread lol. I love AMG's.
