Just wondering, I have a Xpa-5 and I'm curious about if I can use (4) 8 ohm speakers with (1) 4 ohm speaker? I'm thinking it should work because their are (5) independent channels but just want pease of mind first with other members opinions. Also will this put the total power output to 1,100 watts? Thank-you for all your help everyone. Cheers!

Welcome to the Lounge! * YES you can, no problemo ato allo! ** It will produce the power that it can supply in real life situation, and according to your speaker's impedance; which is a lot! ...In excess of 1,200+ watts RMS in actual operation (more than its own power specs)! ...In your situation.
