I believe all of those speakers have an audition period right? I think the right answer here is to order all 3 if possible and hear for yourself. Are we talking HT or music? You also fully disclosed earlier that the speakers must be able to get to or lower than 70hz. This is going to throw the SVS speakers out of contention.
By the end of the month I will have the Pendragons/new PSA speakers/possibly the Stealth 6 in my home to compare and contrast. It's not ideal to have the money out for so many sets of speakers, but in the end the small return fees (if applicable) will really help to settle your mind that you made the best choice.
Where I am leaning with the Stealth 6 is a less cluttered system, and no 80lb. amps needed. However, they will require semi convenient outlets and long cable runs for the surrounds.
I feel like the SVS speakers have always been pretty quiet contenders, but I have read really good things on all three of these speakers. Would be really cool to do a shootout.

I wish I could convince my better half to let me audition all three at the same time. I also like the simplicity that the stealths bring to the table, but I wonder why they are on close out from Emo?
I do plan on auditioning one of these three next week. Of the reviews I have read it seems like the SVS speakers get the most universal praise. I just wish there was more owner reviews of each of these speakers.
I suppose I could just take Andrews word for it on the stealths, my last two speakers the MLores, and Triton 2's, were purchased based mostly on his reviews.

I strongly believe that Andrew has a true talent for portraying equipment very accurately. His description of the Pendragons has been pretty damn spot on to what I experience with them, which is glory.
It is merely coincidental, but I think pretty cool, that I am starting to follow the adventure steps he went on from the Pendragons. $360 a speaker (with eclub) is a hell of a tempting price. Of course you always run the risk that you might not like what's new better than what you have. Me trying new speakers could be totally worthless based on my love for the Pendragons, but I have my reasons for seeking a change.
Happy hunting!

They are both speakers. Period. You might like one better, I might like the other. No offense to Andrew, but he is no more capable of choosing one speaker over another or describing their merits than anyone else unless he has some magic ears that you and I don't have Speakers are very subjective and you might like what I don't... There is no right answer..

There is no right answer.. But then if someone has magic ears that we don't have, that doesn't do US any good because we can't hear what they hear. So what difference does it make? We have to trust our own ears.. recommendations are helpful but in the end I've found that tastes in the Lounge vary so widely that going on recommendations for something as subjective as speakers isn't real helpful.

In the end, if you choose well reviewed speakers made by reputable manufacturer's. And you like them - then nothing else matters...
