Hi everyone, What amp would you recommend to drive these 2 sets of speakers for a 2 channel music system? I have a budget of about $2000 and already have the VT2's. Still need to purchase the 3's, amp and hopefully an XDA-2. Speakers Bi-wired? NHT VT2NHT Classic ThreeThank you

An XPA-2 would do the trick and leave plenty of room in the budget to upgrade from the XDA-2 to the DC-1.

Sorry, should have added.
The setup will be only be used for music. All types at low to mid volumes. Looking for an encompassing full sound rather than a defined soundstage to fill a 22' x 11' room with a 18' vaulted ceiling.

Thanks jlafrenz,
I was eyeballing that but wanted to see where I ended up in regards to an amp.

Most around here will agree that the DC-1 is worth the extra cash over the XDA-2. With a budget of $2K you could pick up an XPR-2 and the DC-1 and be very close to your budget. You can pick either of these up on the used market for a bit less. I think the XPA-2 would serve you well though. Take the extra money and invest in a good source.

Oh yeah.... well worth the extra cash for the DC-1 upgrade imo. And so would the XPA-2/
