Technical problem with amp - need advice

I own a Sherbourn 5/1500A amplifier. When it first turns on 2 channels work fine while 3 are very quiet or no output at all. I was told by Emotiva that it's most likely the caps. Sure enough most were leaking. I've now replaced all ten caps, but I have the same problem. After the amp runs for about 5 - 10 minutes all 5 channels work fine.

Any suggestions?
