Flying Colors is the talent-ridden supergroup consisting of guitarist Steve Morse, drummer Mike Portnoy, Neal Morse, bass player Dave LaRue and the comparatively new talent, pop singer/songwriter Casey McPherson. The band challenged conventional wisdom about combining virtuoso music and melodic songwriting. There is a new album, Second Nature which I haven't heard yet but, I'll bet it is even better than the debut self titled album here.Enjoy!! Love these two songs..www.amazon.com/Flying-Colors/dp/B0076NAVNA/ref=pd_sim_m_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=0K70NDS1QX6WB1SYJHBG

Good stuff. I've been turned onto Neal Morse's stuff by you before (Spock's Beard, Transatlantic) so no surprise this is good too. Maybe more in my wheel house than the others.

I did like the Storm. Didn't really care for Forever in a daze

Have to give it a listen. Most things Portnoy is involved with is pretty good.

Am an old Dixie Dregs fan too. Love most anything Steve Morse has been a part of.

Re-visited this yesterday after reading this thread. Not bad. A little laid back - pretty much how I remembered it the last time I listened to it.
