Of course with music there is no right answer, but none of the bands or performers on this list are even in my top 100 except for maybe Earth Wind and Fire... It's like ice cream. No one can agree on the best flavor!!

But I do love Huey Lewis & The News But I think that it is pretty well known that Friendly's Pistachio Ice Cream is the best Yummy, I want to go get a gallon right now

Take Canuck_fr's and Warped mind's list and mash them up and you have mine. I'll then add the following: John Coltrane Stevie Ray Vaughan Albert King Howlin' Wolf Ray Charles James Brown ...and about 100 others Guilty pleasures 80's disco. Yeah real Studio 54 disco. Now let me start on R&B and I'll give you a list just as long...... Smokey Robinson Marvin Gaye Gladys Knight & the Pips Stevie Wonder The Supremes Humm I see a pattern of real Motown artists... Some of my faves
Led Zeppelin Ozzy Deep Purple Heart Triumph Avenged Sevenfold Rush Metallica Guns N Roses Iron Maiden
Guilty pleasures....all females
Michelle Branch Paramore Kelly Clarkson Pink Carrie Underwood
These are off the top of my head, it is so hard to narrow it all down. I have well over 1000 cds and for me it depends on my mood as to what kind of music I want to hear on any given day. I have a large variety of blues, country, soft rock, hair bands, metal bands, pop and alternative so realistically my top ten could change tomorrow....hehehe!

Tal Farlow Jimmy Raney Bobby Broom Russell Malone Anthony Wilson John Stein Kevin Eubanks Graham Dechter Hank Garland Wes Montgomery Joe Pass Kevin Eubanks, in my mind, is simply phenomenal. His first album for Blue Note "Turning Point" still blows my mind after all these years.
