Like it says. XMC-1 is configured correctly and so is my computer.
XMC-1 IP: 10.0.1.126, DHCP on Mac's IP: 10.0.1.6 Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 for both
My crappy Toshiba running Dirac LE finds the XMC-1 and connects immediately.
The Mac version acts like there's no XMC. Restarted XMC-1 and the Mac, also did factory reset and restored settings.
Not the end of the world because everything still sounds great but disappointing given the wait for a Mac version.

Same issues here. XMC has a proper IP, so does my Mac.. software can not discover XMC-1 running from my MacBook Air. Long wait for nothing.... Will see what others report. PC version works fine... both laptops on same network..

Just curious... does the PC and Mac version see the XMC-1 at the same IP address? I haven't received my key yet, so I can't test.

The Mac doesn't see the XMC at all...

And I can ping it from the Mac, but the software has no idea there is an XMC-1 on the network. Oh well...

Also just downloaded Dirac Full for Windows, ran it on a Win 7 laptop on same network with same settings; it finds and connects with the XMC-1 just fine. I also can ping the XMC-1 from the Mac, Mac Dirac acts like the XMC-1 is not there.

Hmm... interesting. If I get my key tomorrow, I'll try it out and will post my results here. Sorry that I can't be of any help.

Somehow I don't think any of us can fix this - we're set up correctly, the software is bugged. Hope you get lucky tomorrow.

Out of curiosity, can you try to right click and open instead of just double clicking?

It's a program bug. Checked the subnets and my Mac, PC and XMC are all on the same network.
Hope they have a quick fix after such a long wait. Has anyone gotten it to work?

Getting in on this. I'm not even going to update the FW until somebody with a Mac gets it to work.

Are you doing this wirelessly or wired connection.

Make sure you go in to preferences and into sharing on Mac and turn on internet and bluetooth sharing. My Mac Air now connects perfectly.

Sounds like it might be a firewall issues on your MACs not letting the program communicate to other devices.
Try disabling that first to rule it out as a suspect.

Firewall is usually turned off by default and I would not enable bluetooth sharing as bluetooth communication doesn't come into play here. Internet sharing doesn't make much sense either. Either way, I would enable one at a time to see which one makes a difference. Wish I had my key so I can try.
