I've owned lots of Emotiva gear, from the start, always been happy with gear and service. I need a modest multi channel amp for a third room. There was a time when I could turn to Emotiva for all my amp needs, but now?? I find myself looking at Outlaw cause they have a 5 channel $600 amp that I feel confident is a decent amp (having owned their gear). I just kinda feel bad cause Emotiva has been my go to audio pre/amps for so long. Is there any future intent on entry level quality amps or are you headed for 4 digit multi channel amps only?

There are rumors of new 1RU amps coming out. I think they were talked about in the last podcast. More info may be found, I don't check in here everyday. Others will chime in.

We may know more about this after the Axpona show in Chicago the end of April. Piecing together info from multiple threads it appears that Emotiva is about to announce a new line to replace the Ultra series. It would seem that they are working on trademark for the name. Also hinted that they would be class D amps.
Emotiva has flat out stated that they have a product release at the show. Some of us ( me included) are hoping that they are finally releasing the tube products. It could very well be these new ultra series products. Only time will tell.

Yes, Class D would make sense for the size of chassis they have talked about.
