Check out the new design. ... ....and check out the 145 lb weight.... And checkout your signature. What's the weight of all that? You could just them all with a couple of piezo buzzers and a 5mw amplifier.

It's a nice amp. A re-skinned version of this ATI model: www.ati-amp.com/AT6000.php$3,500 bucks and an engine hoist will have it in your living room! Different strokes, and all that... but Morris has been around a long time and makes a nice amp. I'd buy the ATI version... much better looking.

Sorry if people thought I was knocking the Outlaw, I wasn't. I never noticed until the posts above linked to the specs, and I was surprised that it was that heavy. That is one beast of an amp and I am sure it works great as well. I do agree with Big Dan though, go for the ATI model instead. Looks are definitely better than the Outlaw version. Tim

There is nothing wrong with an amp that weighs a lot. It's like knocking a high end speaker or sub because it weighs 200 lbs. I also agree the ATI looks better and IF it costs the same I'd get that too....IF. This Outlaw is a beast of an amp and really makes me appreciate what Emotiva was able to produce before...the XPR amps at those prices. People in this forum were whining about the that price point which sounds ridiculous now and how all amps sound the same. I'm just lucky I was able to take advantage...just hope they last me...that's all .

Yes the AT6000 has the option for two independent 20a power sources, where the AT3000 has only one.

Since this is a thread primarily discussing a non-Emotiva product, I'm moving it to the "General" section under the "HT Zone" header.

Has anyone seen that new beast? $3500, 7 channels 300 watts per, it takes 2 power cords, 2 15 amps,to drive it, comparing the specs with the Emotiva amps, can someone please tell me how they would stack up to each other? Yes I know about the listening part, but just looking at the specs, how do they compare? It's made by ATI, basically it's the ATI 3007. Ok, thanks!
