I'd say the RSP-1572 is the most equivalent. Interestingly the RSP-1572 is a PT-7030 in Rotel clothing. When you hook a PT-7030 up to a home theater PC by HDMI, the computer reports that the audio device it is hooked into is a "Rotel HD AV".
The Outlaw, though currently in production, does not have the flexibility of either the UMC-1 or the RSP-1572.
