So, it seems it was part user error and equipment malfunction.
Thanks for your suggestion on using my smartphone Enrico. I found out, one sub's working and the other isn't.
When testing, both subs had identical settings and I tried both the RCA inputs and the XLR inputs, from my smartphone and from the XMC-1. Any suggestions on trouble shooting the sub?

Resolved,
Everything's been buttoned up and running perfectly. Now, moving onto fine tuning the sound.

Most likely happened during transit time between Austin, TX and Ontario, Canada. Both subwoofers are fully working now

Both subwoofers are fully working now Glad to hear it was a simple fix and everything is working for you now. That's the kind of stuff that can drive you nuts.
