May I know what issues are you talking about? I have a 13" MacBook Pro Retina (Mid 2014) running Sierra and I haven't have any issue when running Dirac on my XMC-1. Well, last week I did run Dirac Live to include a pair of new speakers (went from 5.1 to 7.1) and right at the end when Dirac was loading the results into the XMC-1, Dirac quit unexpectedly and I lost my calibration. Did it again and it worked just fine.

Dirac always ran quite well on versions of the Mac/OS up to Yosemite. There were a few people with microphone issues in El Capitan. However, quite a few people had trouble getting it to run under Sierra - and our programmers have been working on a fix. (Apparently you've one of the ones who isn't having problems.) Hi there, having issues with Dirac and macOS Sierra, would like some guidance please. basically its not detecting my XMC-1, I see the mic connected and can select it as an input device on the Mac but its not recognized by Dirac.
running 4.1 on the XMC and Dirac 1.1.0 build 6846, firewall is turned off, Siri is disabled.

Having said that, EmoFest 2017 is this coming Labor Day weekend and I believe Nick posted that customer service and tech support would take a bit longer the two weeks leading up to EmoFest 2017, so patience may be necessary as I know it's all hands on deck until EmoFest 2017 is over, not to mention that CEDIA 2017 in San Diego is the following weekend and they are showing at that as well. Hopefully a member that has already had help in this matter can help you out!

Have you turned off the firewall on your Mac? Router?
