So I saw an add for this in Stereophile and was wondering if anyone here has purchased it? At first I certainly had my doubts and even smiled and said whatever, but their website does post some legitimate names and reviews of the product, so it made me wonder. What say you all? getbettersound.com/gbs.html

By Jim Smith? I got the DVD the other year and found little in it that I had not done already. Depending on your knowledge, it IS full of good advice. I gave my copy to one of my boys.

"Surely not everyone was Kung Fu fighting!"
You made me laugh today, because that came on while driving to work this morning. Thanks Jim.

The link is in my original post. It appears he is quite serious. He will even fly out to your house and voice your room. Interesting. It would be great if anyone here has some experience with this. I'm just curious.

I also have the dvd. He seems to take his time explaining everything in a simple an easy to understand language without all the silly "audiophile terms." What stuck with me about the whole dvd is when he stated that "if the bass isn't right you are not going to be happy."
