Hoping some of the SR-120 lovers / owners out there can help a brother out. I bought the 120 from a someone I know, I heard it with my own 2 ears. It's been sitting for a few month or so in the original boxes. I unpacked it today, hooked up a 2 speakers, a CD player and zippo.......nothing, no sound at all. I tried FM tuner....zippo. All seven blue lights on the front are lite....the defeat switch on the back is up ( light on )......I've got no idea. I also tried flipping the defeat switch, nothing.....not even static. He used it with 2 Emotiva amps ( which I also bought ) for home theater and had a second zone set up for just 2 speaker listening. Perhaps it's locked in for his setup??? Is there a factory reset....and if so should I do this to basically wipe it clean?
I'm probably missing something simple ( and stupid ) with this thing? Granted it's kind of out of my league with all it's bells & whistles, I've always been a 2 channel type guy.....but the deal was to good to pass up, Any help or suggestions would be great.
Thanks,
Scott

Pretty sure the amp defeat should be off. You want to use the internal amps. You can try a factory reset and se if things boot up for you.

I tried that....still no sound. Going to try hooking to a TV tomorrow so I can see the on screen menu, maybe the speaker connections need to be set or turn on...who knows, it seemed so straight forward.....so easy a caveman can do it.....NOT.
