Ok its like this. When I power off my system with my WOW remote. (By the way Im beginning to hate them Wide open west) Every time I turn around they raise the monthly price. Im up to 180 a month for basic cable with a few HD stations and 6omeg download that really never hits that. Anyway when I power down everything shuts down. The Samsung 75 inch the XMC1 and the XPA5 via trigger from the XMC1. When I power on only the Samsung turns on. All the cec have been turned on. I then have to use the XMC1 remote to turn that on. I would like to be able to hit just the WOW remote to turn everything on. Any ideas?
Thanks for your thoughts
Fritz

It's not a setting it's a typical CEC problem. I gave up on CEC years go when my Sony TV wouldn't talk to my Sony BD player. Sony Customer Support answer was to buy a new TV, so I did, I bought a Samsung.
Cheers Gary

CEC is not a quite perfect beast. Yeah definitely an ignored feature by me too. So when I hear someone say its got CEC, they get my best "SO!" Look.😁 Way more nonsense than it is worth. IMHO of course.
