I’m own two UPA-1’s and was considering the XPA-1L’s and was looking at the back of this thing and the speaker connectors are very far apart! I mean, not just a little but a lot.
I’ve use Audioquest Rocket 33 speaker cables and I don’t think they will reach that far apart.

I’ve use Audioquest Rocket 33 speaker cables and I don’t think they will reach that far apart. The binding posts have holes in them and I was able to unscrew the nuts, insert the banana plugs in from the sides of the binding post and then tighten the nuts back down. |

I have a pair of XPA-1L’s and use Emotiva speaker cables, no problems, both the banana plugs and the terminals reach. Inserted from the side so space used behind the amps is zero.

I’ve been using Zu cables for my XPA-1Ls for as long as I’ve owned them. Banana plugs work just fine.
We enjoy them daily.
