Just a quick question to see how many people have taken the plunge. Anything new & improved? Keith, would you happen to have a changelog? or important notes? I'm especially interested in any improvements between the MC-700 and AppleTV 4K sound format negotiations. I will be trying it out tonight, myself. Trying to get my own MC-700 sounding dialed in and up-to-speed for this Fall's watching season. Also getting prepped for a potential projector upgrade in the immediate future.

For what it's worth, it did not fix the AppleTV audio spike when changing sound formats. I will do some more testing on it this weekend, but so far I haven't noticed a huge difference. I still need to re-calibrate though, once i find a 9-volt battery kicking around here for my sound meter...

I contacted support and this was the reply:
I don't have a change log for v3.1.3. It incorporated some minor internal improvements and bug fixes, but is not considered to be a required upgrade.

Umm hello! Resurecting this thread to ask if the final 3.13 firmware allows the MC700 to support 4k at 60hz? I'm having trouble getting past 30fps...thanks!

Nope it did not. I think it's a hardware limitation. I've moved on to the Tonewinner and I'll be selling my 700.

So 3.1.3 is the current firmware? I’m having an issue with the trigger on mine. On my original unit using the trigger the amp I have only turns off if I unplug the processor. It stays on regardless if it’s on or off otherwise. I got a second scrap unit to see if changing out that board would remedy but one this one the amp still stays on but will turn off momentarily when I turn the processor on then the amp will turn on, when I turn the processor off the amp turns off for about 10-12 seconds then turns back on and stays on unless I unplug the processor.
