OSD on new refurbished XMC1 with upgraded HDMI board

Good evening,

I currently have the BasX MC-700 and it only displays the OSD on HDMI inputs 4 thru 6. Will the XMC1 display the OSD on all HDMI inputs? (“New” refurbished model with upgraded HDMI inputs X 8)

Also… I’m using an BasX A-5175 amp that only has RCA inputs. Is there any benefit in getting XLR/RCA adapters to connect the XMC1 by its XLR outputs to the RCA inputs of my amp?

Yes, the OSD works with all 8 inputs, and no, there’s no advantage to using XLR adapters instead of regular RCA cables.
