I'm a bit out of the loop on sub technology. Is there a wireless option to get a signal to a sub? I'd like a different placement for mine, but cabling is an issue. It would so flexible for placement.

Thanks. Do you know if anyone makes a transmitter - receiver that can be used on an existing sub?

The B120s transmitter sells for around $120...I see no reason why it would not work with any other sub that has a receiver.

Many thanks. I wasn't sure if was integrated into the sub or not.

All this info is great, thanks. Does anyone have a history with the Soundcast system?

All this info is great, thanks. Does anyone have a history with the Soundcast system? I own it, and had planned to hook it up to the Ultra10 I was planning to buy last month As soon as I get a sub for that room I'll post a review.

Just placed an order for a SubCast system. They are fairly local to me so expect it will ship and be here in a few days. I'll post my thoughts on how it functions when I get it set up. Hope it works well, been wanting to move my sub for awhile now....wiring would be a major issue.

Price between the two is close. I went with the soundcast as well as their other wireless products have been getting good press, and the range is greater too. We shall see. Let me know what you think porscheguy

It's been a while since anyone posted here. Did anyone try this out? If so, how did it work out? Any signal loss or degradation? I could do a cable run but it would be a minimum of 30 feet so I would probably lose some signal I would guess. A quick review would be appreciated.
Thanks

+1 on those, work flawlessly, and they used to be $150...

I have the HSU-15 and found the wireless to not work so well with my system. I had the PS3, Wii, and Apple TV all wirelessly doing their thing, and I feel it interfered with the sub transmitter. I ended up hard wiring it (which I planned to do anyway...).
