Got this yesterday so I can watch it first thing Friday night! Alright, for those of you that have already watched this, did you find you were having to turn the volume up say 10db or so fron where you would normally listen? I thought the movie was lacking in the scenes that one might find to be quite dynamic, especially the final clash in the arena where Thor and Hulk are running at one another, with the end result not sounding like what I'd expect. I played it over with the volume turned up 10db or so to get what I was expecting. This is sort of reminding me of the Avenger: Age of Ultron where it seemingly was recorded at a lower volume. Definitely, really had to crank this one to get it to sound right. 10db is about right.

I thought Murder on the Orient Express was a bit slow at times but it did keep me fooled. Yes I agree with the "bit slow" at times comment, so much so that I dozed off!!!

Atonement with Kiera Knightly and James McAvoy - Not a happy movie, but a very good one...

Cued up for this evening, was supposed to be delivered Thursday but wasn’t! As a consolation Amazon UK refunded shipping. New delivery date was March 26 This movie is NOT available for sale at retail outlets.
Found it in the mailbox today! 3D up conversion to 4K? We’ll see. 😁
Stopped today and looked at Redbox, decided there was nothing worth watching so I didn’t bother, glad I didnt rent anything.

Some of the best video quality I've ever seen. We watched this in Dolby Vision on an OLED and it was fantastic. I'm sure HDR-10 would be very good as well.

I don't doubt the video quality, but is the movie actually worth watching? The only DC movie to date that was worth watching was Wonder Woman. I'm hoping this will be headed in a similar direction. I debated buying this UHD blu-ray this weekend because of the terrible track record of DC based movies. I will now have to have to give it a go!

Re-watching these in 4K. The audio is a major upgrade to DTS:X. Video-wise, the first of the series, Bourne Identity is no better than the blu-ray version, but the rest of the 4 movies is definitely an improvement especially with HDR.

The only DC movie to date that was worth watching was Wonder Woman. I am going to disagree on this. The Christopher Nolan trilogy is by far DC’s greatest work. The Dark Knight is considered one of the top 20 movies of all time with The Dark Knight Rises top 100. Wonder Woman was enjoyable but not even close to the same class. Heath Ledger’s performance has no equal.
