Did you even read through this thread before you posted? Your admonishment reads as though "all" participants in this thread were to blame for breaching forum etiquette. I contend that there was only ONE inappropriate poster in this thread. What's more, the instigator came back right after your post with another snipe at Bill as though your warning did not apply to him/her.

I personally was insulted by your admonishment to "all" and disappointed by your unwillingness to call out the real troublemaker here.

I posted a reminder for all. It was not intended as any kind of admonishment. Dan's post was about accepting blame for the manual. Now where's the admonishment in that? Also do not assume that just because we don't call people to task in the open here that steps are not being taken. And remember that as the expression goes, "..it takes two to tango". Hence the reminder to all to behave.
