I do put marble rocks on some of my speakers, and subs too for added weight and sound stability. ...True. I just tought of mentioning it.

Isolating the speakers from the floor will absolutely have an audible difference, but I've never witnessed isolating the amp from vibration having any audible effect, nor do I see how it could have any effect, especially in a well designed amp.
I have seen vibration kill amps, which is reason enough for me to keep my amps far away from subs, but full out vibration isolation is overkill imo.
