any word on the beast. i got an email about a month ago stating the new units were being updated and should ship in about two weeks ? any one have the word on this yet

I'm sure the folks at Emotiva really want to answer a hundred calls that begin: "What's the real story with the UMC-1..." Maybe just a little communication, either in the news section of the website, or in the appropriate thread here, would make more sense - and be a better use of resources. |

^ Look we can all keep posting here about the communication or the lack of it. There seem to be quite a few folks that are content in just posting away about where things are at.
Now, I do agree that it would be helpful to see something official here but we haven't thus far for whatever reason. If one is really concerned about it, then call. Maybe if 100 people do call and they don't want to entertain the calls, then they might even post an update here on the forum.
In the meantime, as I said, we already have other threads for this very subject and should continue the discussion there.
